Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing, especially during periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or restocks.
For products currently in stock, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).
Please allow time for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is handled by the carrier.
